So scared, I'd often run away but 

You've given me a passion today

Instead of fleeing I will stay

Sitting with it

Sitting with pain

Sitting with regret

Even guilt

That's the best one yet

Understanding anxiety

Sadness our friend

What can it show me

With God as my end? 

Be my best Counselor

Jesus, my Lord

As we sit these signs

Of your movement inward

And in community

Lord, set me free

As I share with others

What you've done in me
