Pulling back

Letting go of my following

Letting go of the crowd

Will they know where I am going?

Will I ever see them again?

Letting go

and not controlling

Not regretting following your voice

Pulling back

and retreating

according to Your strategy

Letting go

and retreating -as free as can be!

Jesus did not build his following

He did not chase the wind

Jesus knew his Father only

God would have it that way

Pulling back felt like death

But more was the death

that would have come

had he entrusted himself to them
