Shame has been my visitor

Shame has waged now war

Shame has opened up my heart

and would now in me pour

Shame says I am not nice enough

Shame says I don't care

Shame says I am not brave enough

to go with people out there

But Jesus you have called me here

so what have I to fear?

Jesus you have spoken now

and time and time again

Jesus you have held my heart

and block what shame would pour

Cuz, people, I might love you lots

but God I love you more

People, I might love you much

but God I love you more!
