I want to be big for the kingdom

so I sit down

I want to be tall for the kingdom

so I shrink now

I want to be great in you Jesus 

I want to be used in a mighty way

So I slow down today

Help me to give all

And sell all

Though persecuted may I only reach out

and give all to Jesus!

Let me go higher

by going deeper

And faster

By moving slower

Productive

By completely slowing down

Make me like Christ

I would be a little Christ

I surrender my life to you God

Teach me your will

Surrendered and still

Empty my will, O God

So you want to be big, my soul? 

I empty my heart

To his feet I go

So you want to be great, my son? 

You must sell all you have

and discover the One

I want to be big for you Jesus

so I lay down

I want to be tall for you Jesus

so I shrink now

I surrender in dust and ashes

That I may be used in a mighty way

So I repent, I slow down today
